For nearly half of my life-over 20 years-I have suffered from low back pain.  At times it has been unbearable and other times a pain killer would be enough to get me moving.  On Mother's Day, I was doing some intense year work and the next day I could not get out of bed.  When I did, I couldn't stand up straight.  It ws as if my back had literally been broken in two during the night.  The next week I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Seland.  In the last three weeks I have received almost daily adjustments and with each one I can feel my spine strengthen.  As recently as 2 weeks ago I did not have the strength in my lower back to bend over and pick up my 8 lb cat.  Now I can! And the nice thing is that he has educated me on what my problem is and what I need to do to resolve it-something that none of the other (many) professionals had done in the past.
